Participated in an International Theatre Festival of Drama Schools at Copenhagen, Denmark in 1996 with a play "Tin Ka Nanha Sepoi" based on a Danish story " The Littke Tin Soldier".

National Culture Fellowship from the Department of Culture, India, in the field of Theatre ’04-06.

Fellowship from National School of Drama for working on the “ Production-Process” with “Bahroop Arts Group”, JNU, New Delhi’1999.
Research Grant from Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi on the “Dramatic Resources and Devices of Santhal” in 2001.
Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarship in 1998 for studying in UK.
